Qingdao, a city by the sea, served as the primary inspiration for the design of the Longhu Yucheng Sales Center. The designers at Tengyuan Design sought to create a space that would seamlessly blend with the city's geographical environment. To achieve this, they chose water as their primary design vocabulary, using it to create a sense of visual, spatial, and spiritual fluency.
The Longhu Yucheng Sales Center is not just any sales office. The designers aimed to create a city reception room, a space that would embody the spirit and diversity of the city. The result is a unique space that strikes a balance between modern style, human considerations, and natural elements.
Linear elements and modern styles are perfectly combined in the design of the sales center. Wood veneer and metal lines serve as the primary media, interspersed with modern art aesthetics to create a diverse spatial level. The project covers a total of 2260 square meters, with a layout that is both intensive and flowing, meeting all functional requirements.
The design team faced a significant challenge due to the building's large elevation, which could potentially disrupt the overall proportion of the space. However, they successfully navigated this challenge, ensuring that the space was used rationally and that the vertical height did not cause any issues.
The Longhu Yucheng Sales Center is a shining example of Tengyuan Design's innovative approach to interior design. The project, which was awarded Silver in A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award in 2019, is a testament to the team's outstanding expertise and innovation. The design not only meets the functional requirements of a sales center but also creates a space that is visually stunning and spiritually uplifting.
